Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law

Home

The mission of the Journal of International and Comparative Law is to provide a forum for discussion of international, comparative, and human rights law; to educate students about international legal issues; to provide open and equal access to our publications; to be economically efficient, environmentally sustainable, and immediately responsive to current events in the field of international law; and to inspire our readers to work on these issues.

The Journal of International and Comparative Law is currently seeking submissions for publication in our print issues.
The Journal of International and Comparative Law is, however, currently seeking submissions for publication in our online platform, JICLOnline. JICLOnline is a new platform facilitating scholarly commentary of current developments within the realms of international and comparative law. We are looking for submissions—articles, book reviews, commentaries, essays, and responses—regarding current events, legal interests, or any other matter involving international and comparative law.

For more information regarding print and online submissions, please contact ndjicl@nd.edu.
